I had high expectations about this book after the excellent Turning Your Business Around by Mark Blayney.
I thought a turnaround expert would have some really insightful tips about collecting debts when you desperately need the cash.
Unfortunately I was disappointed.
"What To Do When You Need Customers To Pay" is not a bad book.
It has some general tips about giving credit to customers, getting the terms of sale agreed, invoicing them correctly and chasing the money.
It's very short. More the kind of report you expect to be given away free that to be sold on Amazon as a Kindle ebook.
Worthy but nothing special. I give it a review rating of 3 stars.
The Offer In The Book
The main purpose of the book is to generate leads for the offer of a free Debtor Ledger Review and Collection.
This is a three step process:
- Free debtor ledger review to highlight which debts are worth chasing.
- An offer to collect the debts for you on a no win, no fee basis or for a fixed fee depending on their assessment
