Be A Book Yourself Solid Coach

One of my favourite authors and marketing experts is Michael Port, author of Book Yourself Solid and a number of other books.

Michael is a great guy and has created a great business system for professionals.

He is the creator of the Booked Solid University (affiliate link)

For the last two years he's also been training Certified Book Yourself Solid Coaches.

This looks a lot better deal than many of the coaching franchises I see.

You get a system that will work for you and your clients since it's based around marketing services professionals.

You'll also get plenty of extra support from Michael Port to help you get established, and knowing the type of people who Michael attracts, I bet there's a very supportive community of existing Book Yourself Solid Coaches.

I think this is ideal for anyone who wants to work as a marketing coach or business coach but doesn't have a system and wants to leverage an existing brand.

You need to go into it with your eyes open. There's no guarantee that you'll create a successful coaching business and you'll have to put the effort in.

In my view Book Yourself Solid is one of the classic "must read" books for solo professionals (alongside Get Clients Now and Robert Middleton's Infoguru Manual).

And by reading his books, people can go into the franchise with their eyes wide open about what they'll get and the philosophy he has.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

Ian I was knocked out by Book Yourself Solid by Michael Port when I read it - the only book I've ever said that I wish I'd written myself.
