Great news. I am starting a new Coaching Mastermind in January 2011 to help you to develop the coaching business you've always wanted.
If you've read Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, then you'll now that Hill and many of the most successful businessmen in history have attributed their success to taking part in a mastermind.
I'd hear about then and when I started getting closer to the marketing gurus, I discovered that just about everyone belonged to at least one mastermind where they'd share and swap ideas.
It sounded good to me.
Then in early 2010 I decided to get off my bum and do something about it.
I formed my own virtual mastermind group with a handful of business coaches and advisers I'd got to know over the years.
And you know what?
It's even better than I thought it would be.
At last I'm not alone in my business... but in a way that means I keep total control over exactly what happens.
I admit it.
I am a control freak and couldn't stand for someone else to be making decisions that affect me, my business and my life in general. I am totally unemployable after being self employed for more than 15 years.
The mastermind is the perfect compromise.
I get to take my problems, issues, stumbling blocks and opportunities to my mastermind of coaches, and I hear what they have to say.
The insights are amazing as they're free of my mental blocks, values and beliefs.
What looks difficult (if not impossible) to me, suddenly becomes easy as they share golden nuggets of information or snippets that change my perspective.
It works for them as well. You should see the glowing testimonials for my mastermind.
A New Coaching Mastermind
In January 2011 I will be starting a second coaching mastermind and I'm looking for four to seven members to join me and meet over Skype each week.
If you feel that you're not reaching your potential in your coaching business and that you'd like to try something a bit different to another course on how to market and sell coaching or working one-to-one with a coach, then think about the option of masterminding with five or six other ambitious coaches committed to growing a success business.
I've written a special report:
Escaping The Treadmill: How Masterminding can Help You To Think, Act & Grow Rich
and you can get your free copy at
Joining my next Coaching Mastermind for 2011 could be the smartest thing you do and be the difference between 2011 being a good year and a great year for you and your coaching business.

I’ve been a member of Paul’s mastermind group for three weeks now. As a coach I am finding the opportunity to explore ideas and get input on my own points of pain invaluable. Perhaps more valuable to me is the process of setting a goal each week to have achieved by the next week. I credit this for helping me (as I am a lousy completer/finisher) finish the last three chapters of my book. I highly recommend any mastermind groups which Paul runs to coaches and consultants.
