As Don Hutson explains in the video, attitude boils down to a simple choice.
You can either choose to focus on the positives and be positive - and get on with things.
Or you can choose to focus on the negatives, see your problems and start feeling sorry for yourself. You become stressed, uncertain and unsure. You do little if anything and the problems don't go away.
As Don Hutson explains, it can even come down to the answer to a simple question.
"How are you?"
You probably know people who tell you in the glory detail about all their problems when you ask that question. Yes want to know if it is a loved one and you can help.
But you don;t want to know for most people.
All it does is take the conversation down and make both of you feel bad.
There's no benefit - but it does waste time.
