Relationship Intelligence Jim Cathcart

iLearning Global includes a thought-provoking video from Jim Cathcart on relationship intelligence.

Jim Cathcart is one of the leaders of the Relationship Selling approach to sales which appeals to be so much and wrote a book called "Relationship Selling".

But this video isn't about sales but about helping you to approach relationships more intelligently so that you help people and they help you to achieve what you want.

You probably know a long list of people - I wonder if many of those relationships are strong and you can say that you know the person well.

Jim Cathcart has an interesting question about relationships.

"Who is glad they know you?"

You see, only if someone is glad they know you, do you have a relationship of value.
