Platinum Rule Collaborative Selling Tony Alessandra

I was so impressed with the Platinum Rule video from Tony Alessandra I decided to watch the 13 minute classic video immediately afterwards that is also in the iLearning Global portal.

In the classic videos of iLearning Global is a 65 minute video of Tony Alessandra explaining the Platinum Rule - treat others as they want to be treated- and the four basic categories of behaviour.

The content is superb and I have taken eight A4 pages of notes from this one video. It seems that I was constantly writing and listening.

Customer Loyalty Tony Alessandra

Just watched the HD video on Customer Loyalty by Tony Alessandra.

He explained his ideas of the four stairs of customer loyalty - although it is a bit of a cheat as it starts with identifying prospects.

This is just the message I try to preach on my main Business Coaching blog - the more you develop strong relationships with your best customers, the better your business becomes.

This is not a long video Tony Alessandra but he talks about each of the four steps and then explains the Ultimate Question.

I have a problem with the word ultimate - but it is a great question which helps you to identify your customers and decide how you need to be responding.

At the end Tony explain the four skills you need to master to climb the customer loyalty stairs.

My Thoughts on Tony Alessandra and Customer Loyalty

Good stuff.

Inspiring, well presented and easy to put into action.

It's not difficult to ask customers one question is it?
