To promote his List Control program Frank Kern has issued his Mysterious Stranger video and after his psychological voodoo linking his program to freedom, he introduced the Five Pillars of Kindness.
No he hasn't gone all touchy feely, this is about making money with your email list.
The Five Pillars Of Kindness recognises that no one joins your list because they want to be nice to you, the join because they believe you can help them get to where they want to go.
The Five Pillars Of Kindness are:
- Know the desired outcome of the people on your list.
- Overcome their natural scepticism with "shock and awe coolness". Help them reach their desired outcome - that's what Frank Kern did with the 4 Day Cash Machine.
- Demonstrate they can achieve their outcome. People doubt themselves and they hear this negative self talk in their heads so if you can use stories to show how people, like them have succeeded, they may be persuaded to take action.
- Give people the tools up front to help them and make it easy. The quicker and easier it is to try out your ideas, the more likely they will try - but people must try to convince themselves they can get results.
- Motivate them to go further by confirming that they can take decisive steps to their desired outcome and then make them an offer to get more help from you.
1 to 4 is about building the trust of your list, step 5 is about turning that goodwill into money for you.

You do have to subscribe to get to see the video and it takes a while to get going into the content as Frank needs to do his NLP anchoring himself to the ideas of freedom and money.
If you are a long term Frank Kern watcher and this sounds familiar, it is. Frank shared similar ideas on his Results In Action video for Mass Control in February 2009.
