Mixed fortunes from StomperNet with the launch of The Net Effect journal and Stomping The Search Engines 2. Not only did they have the embarrassment of their server crashing for many hours at launch time, they have had plenty of fulfilment problems due to the number of people who signed up.

Thoughts On The Maverick Manifesto

Interesting to see Yanik pick up on the freedom issue because that is what I see business improvement to be about - the freedom to choose what you do, when you do it, how you do it, who you do it with...

Yanik Silver gives wide ranging business advice from growing your business through to time management to motivation.

He establishes credibility right from the start with his lifestyle including a photo of him with Richard Branson. Yanik is certainly someone who "walks the talk".

I must warn you, it is long at 67 minutes and it's one I would want to speed up although I do that with most audios and videos.

How To Start An Internet Business

I have started a new blog Starting An Internet Business which as you can guess from the title, gives you information on how to start an internet business.

The intention is that the blog is strictly for Internet newbies who come into the marketing wanting to supplement their income or replace the income from jobs which have been lost in the recession.

I believe these people need to be protected from the piranhas and sharks out there who offer get rich quick schemes that offer a lot but deliver little more than broken promises.

There is a steep learning curve involved with Internet marketing and you need to know who to trust.

It is all too easy to become embroiled in the various product launches and find yourself buying everything in sight and not having time or inclination to put anything into action.

In the Starting An Internet Business blog, I try to put this right and focus novice Internet marketers on just one product which I believe can take them a long way.
