This is the training which teaches you how to become a local internet marketing expert and sell your services to businesses who want to make better use of the Internet.

You get plenty of content up front on this offer and it does seem to be very popular. I've had a good number of affiliate sales in the past and a lot of traffic but I haven't seen the product myself.
It isn't for everyone and I have seen some refunds. Knowing how good Nitro's programs usually are - I loved the Nitro Blueprint System (affiliate link), I suspect that this was from people who didn't appreciate what was involved in promoting and selling the service.
Personally I don't see this as an opportunity for newbies. I think you need experience for SEO and pay per click work to give you credibility as the local Internet marketing expert.
There is big potential - a lot of small business owners have spent money with web designers and finished with attractive looking websites that don't attract traffic and even if they did, do convert interest into opt-ins and money.
