Here are the new features in Optimize Press version 1.2
- One-Off (timed)/Perpetual (Evergreen) Launch Functionality – James and his team have completed the brand new launch system which includes functionality for One-Off and Evergreen/Perpetual Launches.
- Launch Gateway System – included in the above option is the gateway system which allows you to block access to your launch pages until your visitor has subscribed to your mailing list
- Blog Functionality – now included is a blog template and system inside optimizepress so you can create blogs to run alongside your sales and launch pages - James doesn't like the idea and recommends you have a seperate blog but users were clamouring for this functionality.
- New Template Gallery Browser - Inside the page editor you will now see a link in the top right to the special templates gallery system so you no longer have to switch out of WordPress every time you want to see what a template looks like, making it even faster to get your pages online
- Comments & Social Media Share Bar On Squeeze Pages – You can now enable comments and the social media share bar on your comments pages for people that want to build social proof for people before they opt-in to their sites
