Reflecting On The Year
I've just read this week's TGI Monday message from Peter Thomson and he's in reflective mood.
But I do agree.
Before you start planning next year in detail, setting goals (you do set goals don't you) and making your new year's resolutions (business and personal) it is worth looking back on 2007.
While Peter suggests 24 questions I'll let you come up with your own beyond these few:
- Has the year gone as well as you hoped?
- What have you learnt this year?
- Is there anything that you didn't do that you wish you did?
- Is there anything that you did do that you regret?
- What will you do differently next year?
I'll also refer you back to that great Brian Tracy question in Difficult Decisions Made Easier:
"Knowing what I know now, would I still make the same decision?"
