Mitch Axelrod Jay Abraham Reunion
Mitch Axelrod has provided a great summary of the contents of Jay Abraham's Reunion conference which is very thorough.
I am a Jay Abraham nut, junkie or addict. I have spent a lot of money buying Jay's resources packed with his marketing ideas and I find every new offer difficult to resist.
But this addiction attracts other Jay Abraham addicts and it's thanks to one that I spent two hours earlier this week listening to Mitch Axelrod share what he learnt from the Jay Abraham Reunion event in April. See Jay Abraham Golden Nuggets for my thoughts on the highlights that Jay broadcast to promote the home study kit.
Who Is Mitch Axelrod?
I asked exactly that but Mitch is one of the original proteges of Jay Abraham.
Back in 1989 Mitch paid Jay $15,000 to join the protege program and in my collection of Jay Abraham material I have the protege manual which is very interesting.
But Mitch Axelrod was a bit special. In fact every protege was special but Mitch stood out from even this elite crowd.
In 1990 Jay Abraham invited Mitch back to train the Abraham proteges how to sell marketing consultancy. Jay had explained how to do the consulting but people were struggling to sell the consultancy. I must admit it would have been fascinated to be a fly-on-the-wall and hear what Mitch said.
You can imagine just what the honour of being asked to do this by Jay did to Mitch's reputation and fee earnings. That's right they both went sky high.
Mitch Axelrod & the New Game
You may not be familiar with Mitch's name but he is the author and creator of "The New Game of Business" and many of information products.
Perhaps the place to start is to watch this short video of Mitch Axelrod as he promoted the New Game at seminars.
Mitch Axelrod Live In Las Vegas
The video shows snippets rather than hard core information but it does show you that Mitch is a committed, eloquent and passionate speaker. See below for more details.
At this stage I don't know much about Mitch but I am making it my business to find out more.
This is what Jay Abraham has to say about Mitch Axelrod
"Mitch conducted three of the most heavily attended and lauditorily reviewed tele-conference calls we ever sponsored, with 200 marketing consultants in one day. His seminar is two of the most illuminating and expansive days you will ever spend. If you want to be a sales Green Beret, and increase sales, call Mitch."
~ Jay Abraham,
And this is from Brian Tracy:
"My good friend Mitch Axelrod is one of the foremost authorities in sales and marketing in the United States today. Mitch has trained more than 100,000 men and women on peak performance selling skills. His technique, his method and his process are responsible for boosting more people into the ranks of the top 10% than almost other trainer alive today."
~ Brian Tracy
Mitch Axelrod Summary & Thoughts on Jay Abraham's Reunion Conference
What was originally intended as a 90 minute teleseminar started with Mitch offering us a deal:
a) You can have the 90 minute summary overview or
b) Because there is so much excellent material that he would like to share with his subscribers, he offered to add on an extra 90 minute seminar for free.
What actually happened?
A bit of a no-brainer. The choice was B and then Mitch talked for two hours instead of the expected 90 minutes.
OK two hours is a long time to listen to anyone, even a speaker as good as Mitch Axelrod but it is all recorded and the recordings are being issued as part of the deal so anything missed from sheer overwhelm or brain fatigue can be picked up when you listen to the recordings.
What impressed me was:
a) the desire to over-deliver to his clients
b) the high quality content on the call as Mitch summarised the thoughts of six of the speakers and added his own interpretations where relevant.
In the first call we covered Joel Epstein, Bill Harris, Rieva Lesonsky, Marshall Thurber, Chet Holmes and John Assaraf.
Again you may not know many of these names but as I explained when I told you about Jay Abraham's Golden Nuggets broadcast, Jay brought together 25 of the top people he knew with the brief to provide information to help owners of small and medium sized businesses to overcome tough times.

Mitch Axelrod A Good Guy
After the first teleseminar I emailed MItch to thank him for a) letting his clients invite guests and for b) the high quality of the presentation. It seemed to be the polite thing to do although I suspect that I was in the minority.
He very kindly replied and sent me to a website which allows me to download some more of his mp3 recordings for free and we are talking about hours worth of material rather than short clips.
I haven't listened to them yet but I can tell you, Mitch Axelrod has made a great first impression on me and if you wished you could have attended the Jay Abraham seminar but the timing was wrong and you thought the home study price was a bit steep, I recommend that you sign up to the summaries from Mitch Axelrod. Be a star and invite three of your friends or colleagues to listen to the calls as well.

A friend of mine knows that I am a big Jay Abraham fan and he told me about Mitch Axelrod and his New Game.
Sounds interesting and it is good to hear about another expert who is giving back.

Hi James
Thanks for your comment about Mitch Axelrod and his New Game.
I need to watch all the videos on Mitch's website and take a look at his rainmakers program which he pointed me towards.
From what I have seen so far and heard, plus my dealings with the man direct, Mitch Axelrod should be much better known.
I will be reporting back on it on this blog.
