Despite other people's claims, I believe that Michael Gerber basically invented the business coaching industry.

If you haven't read "The E Myth Revisited" you should, I regard it as essential reading for any small business entrepreneur, "E Myth Mastery" has some excellent content but I was disappointed with his latest book "Awakening The Entrepreneur Within".
