I haven't read it yet but so far four reviews have appeared on Amazon.com, all five stars and it is praised for the way that it breaks the art of public speaking down into clear steps.

Craig and MItch put together an audio course for people who buy the book to help them get more out of the training.
There is a strange paradox about the jump from thinking "I want to learn how to speak in public" to "I should buy a book on public speaking." This course with its audio content closes the gap.

Coaching Others To Be Great Speakers
I was interested to see that there is also a 12 week coaching program which will teach you how to be a great speaker and qualify you to become a Certified World Class Speaking Coach which is interesting.
I imagine many people want to learn to speak better in public and will make the biggest performance improvements through a coaching program with the regular reinforcement of the most effective techniques and constructive, positive feedback.
