I was reading a blog by Rich Schefren, an Internet business strategist I used to feature regularly on this blog about a quick and easy way to find your strategic vision.
This is all you have to do.
Imagine you are reading an article in the press about your business in five years time written by a journalist praising your achievements.
What does it say?
How does it describe the company?
What does it say about your products and services?
What do the quotes from customers say about your business and the effect it is having on their lives and businesses?
What do your employees say when asked what it's like working fr your business?
How do you feel about this company you see before you in five years time?
OK I have changed the questions a little bit to give it my own interpretation but it is the idea of writing the article that I wanted to bring to your attention.
