Custompreneur is my made up word that is shorthand for customer focused entrepreneur.
A quick check on the Internet shows that custompreneur is being picked up and used by others. I think that's great.
This was my big idea that I planned to base my book around before ill health caused me to severely limit my ambitions for what I can achieve.
I still believe that the best way to success is to put the wants and needs of your targeted customers at the heart of the business.
While customers will always want to pay less than more, I believe that a business can earn great profits from charging fair prices that provide customers with terrific value for money.

Sadly much of what I read goes against the marketing concept I was taught. It sees customers as people to manipulate for profit.
